If you do not take a care package out with us, you will assume full responsibility for managing your website’s updates, security, backups, and other services outlined in this plan.

In the extremely unlikely event that a website is breached or hacked in any way while on our plan, we take full responsibility and will rectify the situation immediately. You will not need to do a thing.

Sorry but we cannot roll over any unused support time into the next month. Please ensure you book in any support time with us before the end of the month.
Clients on our Core and Complete packages enjoy complimentary support hours. These hours cover and updates, additions, or add-ons to your website.
For example, this could be changing your address, updating content on one of your pages or adding new content.
We will do our very best to complete your updates within the complimentary time provided in your package, however, if more time is needed, we can complete it with your approval on our discounted hourly rate.
Note: The allotted monthly time is for work or updates on the existing website and cannot be used for other projects or a step-by-step website revamp. We’re happy to do those things either via our discounted hourly rate or via a discounted and separate fixed project!
