The Client & Project Brief

On this white-label project, we were tasked with reviewing the client’s current Google Ads and optimising the account to increase sales into Black Friday and Cyber Monday week.

The client is a UK-based purveyor of fine jewellery. They were having limited success with Google Ads, selling a few hundred pounds worth of products per day on average, but performance had plateaued.

The Results

When we took over the management of this account, sales were flat and had remained at this level for some time. With Black Friday and Cyber Monday on the horizon, we immediately started to warm up retargeting and lookalike audiences which would enable us to heavily target warm data during BFCM week. 

Our ads produced some amazing results for this client through search, display and shopping ads, achieving sales of almost £20,000 in a single day. As you can see from the stats, the week running up to BFCM brought significant jumps in performance day-on-day.
